Worst customer service experience ever. We were clients for ten years, and they decided to change things and "update" our website. Incredibly painful changeover process - multiple errors which took far too long to correct, no response at times, our request to have our old site saved for us never was done, no callbacks - this started last summer, and the site was broken to the point where it was costing us traffic/revenue. We switched providers, and when it became apparent that we were leaving, Syndi was beyond rude to our employees. In my heaviest sarcastic voice, "thanks for being graceful on the exit (people leave all the time - get over it!) and the amaaazing service". Brutal brutal brutal. Plenty of other options available who will care more about you as a client.
