Went to collect the ID,which I forget on the time of returning the gate pass to the security. They were enough polite to be with me that they ruined all my day with the discussions. First upon he was confirming to his superior that "may I return to him or not". Then the supervisor. I asked with them " make it simple, what is the procedure to return the ID and just do that so you don't have to deal with me like criminals". This is how they are workimg in a hospitality!!!

To the Management,
Please give them a proper training on SOP or place a SOP to the security system so they will don't do this with others.
