We rented a condo at Island Cove in Cape Coral for February and March. We arrived late in the evening to a filthy dirty condo. We spent 5 hours cleaning and had to be out of the condo for two nights. We were originally told we would be reimbursed for the nights out and later told we would not be reimbursed because we had done the cleaning ourselves. We had photos of what the Unit looked like when we arrived, but it did not matter. Carolyn, the agent we worked with changed her story every time we spoke with her. This is not an office we would do business with ever again.
