Kim Mitchell is AMAZING! I have had many experiences with realtors and I can honestly say she is about as perfect as it gets. I inquired about a house for sale on Zillow and was SO LUCKY to be connected to Kim. I knew within 5 minutes of talking to her on the phone that she was the person we would put our trust in to find us a home. She is high energy and very positive, yet very honest. She will readily tell you the pros and cons of a house or area based on your needs. Her knowledge of Gainesville, as well as other areas, can't be beat. She grew up in Gainesville and seems to know every neighborhood, someone who did or does live there, and she shares that inside knowledge with you. She obviously loves her job and you immediately feel like she is invested in finding you the perfect place.
Looking for a home 3 hours from where we lived, in the middle of the Coronavirus, had it's challenges. Kim did whatever it took to help us. She did a video tour with us online on her phone while she walked around the whole property of the house we ended up buying. She did the same for the final inspection the day before we closed. I loved her opinions and comments since we couldn't be there in person (she did happily show us several houses when we came up for a trip earlier, too).
Kim is very communicative and quickly responds to any questions or comments. She is incredibly open and friendly, as well as competent and professional. She is the perfect blend and constantly offers to help us with anything she can.
Not only is Kim Mitchell a perfect realtor, she is a wonderful person! I cannot stress enough how lucky we were to find her and I would highly recommend her. I can't imagine a better realtor!
