I recently had the chance to try out Aquaphysical and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The instructors were knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire class. The workout itself was challenging but fun, and I could feel the burn in my muscles the next day. The aquabase board was stable and easy to use, even for a beginner like me. The whole concept of exercising on water is innovative and adds an extra level of excitement to the workout. I highly recommend giving Aquaphysical a try!
