I've had mixed experiences with Hans Enterprises, INC. While their products are good, their customer service can be improved. There were a few instances where I had issues with my order and it took longer than expected to resolve. However, when the issues were resolved, the outcome was satisfactory. I would suggest Hans Enterprises, INC to work on their customer service.
