There is nothing and I mean NOTHING good about this business. The customer care reps are rude uneducated and completely incompetent. They refused to pay my homeowners insurance premium which caused my policy to laps and then give my information to their sister company and had them call me trying to sale me homeowners insurance. They have refused to take 3 of my payments and then reports to the credit agencies that I missed 3 payments so I can't refinance to a better company.
