Not impressed. The service fell short of expectations and the attention to detail was lacking. I found myself having to follow up on several areas that needed more thorough cleaning. Communication could be improved as well. it felt a bit disorganized. I appreciate the effort, but it didn’t meet the standards I was hoping for. 🥺
