I thought I was doing a good job on my own with my cross country job search but figured a recruiter seeing my resume couldn't hurt anything. Once Rosemary became involved in my job search everything fell into place. Rosemary listened to my professional as well as my personal goals and paired me with potential employers that fit both. Within a week of my first discussion with Rosemary I had multiple interviews set up and shortly thereafter had an amazing new job offer. Rosemary was responsive and attentive.
