As a customer, I have had a mixed experience with United Way of Delta County. While some of their programs have been beneficial to the community, others have fallen short of expectations. Overall, I would rate them as average. They have room for improvement in terms of efficiency and transparency. However, they do have a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about their work. I believe that with some changes, they can become a great organization.
