I have been a customer of Griffin James Design, Inc. for several years now and I can confidently say that their work is average at best. While they do deliver on their promises, their designs lack innovation and creativity. I was hoping for something more unique, but all I got was a generic design that anyone could have come up with. I expected better from a company with such a reputation. Overall, I would rate my experience with Griffin James Design, Inc. as average.
