I recently started Pilates classes and it has been a game-changer for me. The exercises are challenging but doable, and I can feel myself getting stronger with each session. The instructor is fantastic - very knowledgeable and attentive. The studio has a peaceful ambiance that helps me relax and focus during the workouts. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Root Pilates LLC and would highly recommend it!
