I had a mixed experience with The watch. On one hand, their customer service was excellent and they promptly resolved my issue with the watch. On the other hand, the quality of the watch was not up to the mark. It started showing signs of wear and tear within a few weeks. I expected better durability for the price paid. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the company.
