I have been a customer of Krofta for several years now and I must say, the overall experience has been average. While their products are of decent quality, the customer service can be a bit lacking at times. It would be great if they could improve on their response time and provide more timely updates. Overall, Krofta is not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
