I have used Purcell Taylor several times over the last six years with mixed financial success. All of my dealings have been with Melody Cornish and were to retrieve moneys owed from construction company's that have gone broke or were going broke. Unfortunately due to several factors results weren't always favorable however Melody s knowledge of construction law and subsequent advice has helped us retrieve by far most of the money owed to us. Definitely as important and why I decided to take time to write this review is her willingness to help me understand construction law and to give me free professional advice on many occasions which has been an invaluable learning experience for our company . I have dealt with several construction lawyers over the years and it definitely feels reassuring to find someone who has your best interest at heart and is willing to take time out to talk to you without making an appointment first.
