I am a regular customer of Zoom Optic and I must say that their products and services are average. I have been using their eyeglasses for the past year and while they are of good quality, there is nothing remarkable about them. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly, but there is nothing that sets them apart from other optical stores. Overall, I would say that Zoom Optic is an average company.
