Called ahead of time to request that the cruise control switch be replaced. Spoke with the parts department to ensure this part was in stock for my vehicle so that I wouldn't have to take off work a second time for a quick fix. They were out of stock. Parts man told me wait 10 days to schedule the appointment and there would be more than enough inventory. Showed up 10 days later as directed, no parts in stock and had to make a second trip the following week. My Customer Service Representative was OUTSTANDING (better than 5 Star). The actual overall service from a parts inventory perspective is lacking, but hey, wasting my time saves Classic money on inventory.
