Very dissatisfied with the sales staff. They made me wait for an hour to speak about the banquet hall, which is highly unprofessional. Finally sales rep came to speak to me. After our discussion I asked him to send the quotation with the menu for the event that we spoke about earlier and he never wrote back to me. I did not expect such a behaviour from Mariott being a world class brand.
