I want to express my frustration with the services provided by Spedition fitzner gmbh. The delivery was delayed by two days without any prior notification. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me as I had planned my schedule based on the expected delivery date. The customer service was also unhelpful and did not provide any useful information. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them to others.
