I was overall very pleased with the women's self defense class that I have recently taken. The staff helped me to learn different ways on how to keep myself safe in dangerous situations. The staff also made me feel very welcomed and comfortable the minute I walked in. I would recommend everyone to join the John Wai Kung Fu Academy. I am interested in taking some kick boxing classes in the near future. Overall, I would say that I was extremely pleased with my experience!
