Simply disgusted at the level of service. I was let go from my employer due to down sizing/lack of work after 16 years with the company. I filed for unemployment twice as my info seemed to disappear after filing the first time. After the second time I received a voicemail that the DOL needs more info to process my claim and they will call me "later". I never received a follow up call...I have been calling all day, everyday, tried every prompt possible and have either been immediately hung up on, or the phone simply rings endlessly with no answer. Could you imagine doing this at your place of employment!! Here it is weeks after my termination date still not receiving benefits or a simple call back. I am handicap and don't have the use of my legs, so not sure what to do or who to call. i am sick over this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing in the mail either. What do you do?
