Wally Tingley & Associates, The Title Company - go over and beyond for my closings and overall title experience. I have closed over 50 loans with them and they treat my buyers, myself, and my clients with the utmost attention to detail. Oscar, Wally, and Paula all have great customer service, great responsiveness, and overall great attitude. I will stay loyal to their services and love the boutique approach, occasional "outside the box" ideology, and overall attention.
