I have recently started working out at Lake Wales Family YMCA, and I am thoroughly impressed. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of classes available is fantastic, and I especially enjoy the yoga classes. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental, which is important to me.
