I had a mixed experience with Sparks Research. While their team was professional and delivered the expected results, there were a few issues along the way. The communication could have been better, and I felt that some of my concerns weren't addressed properly. However, they did rectify the issues and made sure I was satisfied with the final outcome. Overall, it was a decent experience.
