I was in the Arizona Burn Center intensive care unit for a month follwing a mororcycle accident. The staff was amazing, the food was exceptional! I had 3 skin grafting surgeries in 3 weeks and a blood tranfusion immediately prior to my 3rd surgery and had absolutely 0 complications!!! I was in excrutiating pain through my entire stay however the all of my doctors, nurses, and physical therapy gals worked together day and night to help keep my pain management under conrol. I continued seeing my Dr' s for 6 months for follow up visits at the Burn Clinic and always received stellar treatment by all staff. I couldn't have made it through this horrendous ordeal without the love, patience, constant support and encouragement shown to me from all the staff from the food deliveries, to the ER, EVERY SINGLE NURSE AND DR, and all the staff inbetween. I can say with the utmost sincerity that this hospital is truly one of a kind and I couldn't have expected my wounds to have healed up any better looking and while the extent and severity of my injuries couldn't alleviate scarring I am thoroughly impressed with how well my skin grafts meshed and how many more my scarring it showing after only a year-and-a-half since I had 2nd and 3rd degree road rash wounds covering 65% of my body! So blessed and forever grateful!! They really deserve 100+ stars in my book!!!!
