Terrible. You can never get hold of anyone. I communicated to them (via voice message) what times work for me yet they continue calling when I m unavailable. What should be a simple audit drags out for weeks playing phone tag and now they are threatening me with non-compliance! 2nd year in a row of difficulty with this company.
