Ashford.com has been a decent company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of products is good. However, the customer service could be improved as it took a while to get a response to my inquiry. The shipping was fast and the product I received was of good quality. Overall, I would recommend Ashford.com for their products, but they could work on their customer service.
