I recently traveled with Polrail service and I must say it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the overall service was just okay. The staff were polite and helpful, but there were some delays and the train was a bit dirty. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Hopefully, they can improve their service in the future.
