Worst company I ever seen.... Attended interview for Quality System. I thanks to the interviwer he clarified all reality of company culture. There's late seating culture all employee have to work up to 7 o'clock. Duty starting time is 8:30 AM and most interesting the reporting time is 8:10 AM. But when I asked for reporting time he said its company culture. There's no transport facility , no canteen facility , can't give more than 15% hike but will have to work for 11 hours minimum.
When I came out of company gate I spoke to consultant the reality but same time fortunately some employees of company heard my conversation and they revealed more reality. There's full exploitation of employees. Total violation of human rights. Please do not join this organization at any cost.
