I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company that offers engineering solutions, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the website was easy to navigate and provided me with a clear understanding of the services they provide. The layout was clean, and the relevant information was well-presented. However, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness to my inquiries. 🤔 Despite reaching out multiple times, it took quite a while to receive any sort of reply. This left me feeling slightly frustrated and uncertain about the level of customer service they offer. In terms of overall quality, their work was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. I understand that every company can have its ups and downs, but I hope Case Engineering can improve their communication and refine their deliverables to provide an enhanced customer experience. 👷‍♂️
