I recently hired a restoration company to help with some damage in my home, and I chose Servpro of Fayetteville. Overall, my experience with them was average. Their website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information about their services. The team that came to my house was professional and seemed knowledgeable about the work they were doing. However, I did find that the communication could have been better. There were some delays in getting updates about the progress of the restoration, which left me feeling a bit in the dark at times. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail. While they did address the issue in a timely manner, I felt that some areas were not properly cleaned up.
