I recently came across a company offering event planning and management services. I must say, their website was quite impressive with a sleek design and easy navigation. However, the overall experience was average. The team was friendly and responsive, but they lacked attention to detail. There were a few instances where important information was missed or not communicated clearly, causing some confusion during the planning process. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies in the market. On the positive side, they did deliver on their promises and the event itself was executed smoothly, which is why I rate them as average. While there is room for improvement, their professionalism and commitment are commendable.
