I had a wonderful and very satisfying stay at New Life Foundation, Chiang Rai.
It was a unique and humbling experience.
The yoga and meditation sessions and the community work like working on agriculture, kitchen, cleaning and washing dishes gave a sense of peace and satisfaction.
I expect to be a much better person and useful to the family and the society at large.
