I have been a customer of Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. They provide decent consulting services, but nothing exceptional. The staff is professional, and they do deliver on their promises, but there is just no wow factor. Overall, I would rate them as average because there is room for improvement.
