I recently purchased some hardwood from this company and was generally satisfied with my experience. The quality of the wood was good, and the prices were reasonable. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't go out of their way to assist me. Despite this, I would still consider using them again for their quality products.
