My name is Lisa Livingstone. I have supported our local artists/artisans/designers since 1990. Paper and Home does not deliver couture quality design like they state. I chose between different paper for my Holiday Card and they created the design with the less expensive paper I did NOT choose and they charged me for the expensive paper. I called immediately after I picked my cards up and noticed upon returning home what they had done. The light was not very good in their shop and I was rushing due to the holiday season. Kaide the assistant told me Brooke the owner made a decision for the design and if I wanted anything different-this would be $900 and 9 more weeks. I signed and gave a deposit for a quality I did not receive. The owner Brooke did not take my phone call or come to the phone to apologize or offer another solution.
The only evidence Paper and Home gave my credit card company was a signed receipt by me. I did not want to deal with this issue any longer. My credit card company paid Paper and Home and compensated me because I m a loyal client. Cost-($1,676.69 -100 Cards).

It is not the design I m complaing about which was found via -internet. Paper and Home did not design the flowers-the image was copied from a photo of a Venetian Rug. It is the fact I was charged for the more expensive paper rather than the less expensive paper they used.
