I have been treated for several months by Danielle at the Physio center.
She has a very good and accurate diagnosis, confirmed by x-ray and consultation with a orthopedic doctor.
I suffered from a damaged meniscus and Danielle taught me some very good exercises to strengthen my muscles and I am now pain free.And I avoided surgery!
I suffered lately from an almost frozen shoulder and she has been able to avoid the freeze by massaging, and dry needling.
She also gave me exercises to practice at home to make sure I keep the shoulder mobile.
I highly recommend the Physio Center for the professionalism of the physiotherapists and very pleasant staff.
