We had to get to ada seats and there were no signs...

We had to get to ada seats and there were no signs to make life easier. We ended up going the wrong direction when finally an usher came to help us. For as friendly as the usher was to bring us to our seats, you would think that those standing around the concourse would have grabbed us to help especially since we needed to go into a restricted area.
