Recently purchased an 05 mustang from this dealer....

Recently purchased an 05 mustang from this dealer. Made an appt prior to going in and told them i was pre-authorized from a credit union. Decided to purchase the car and still had to wait almost three (3!!!!) hours to walk out the door with keys! we had the pre approval letter faxed to them, even brought up my banking and approval info online to prove to them it was real. they even called the credit union and still didnt believe it!! Again, still waiting and the car is not being detailed or prepped to take home. Finally after about two and a half hours they decided to let us take the car! I had to make a 2nd trip to finalize the paperwork was the check wa received by the dealership from the Credit union (they would not let us complete the final paperwork until the check was in hand). Anyway, made another appointment to come down to finalize registration, etc after work on a friday ( i live an hour away). I waited another hour to have them complete 5 minutes woth of documents (the docs were alreay printed and sitting on the desk,,,jst needed signed). This is all after roughly 3 hours ovee the phone with them proior to making my trip thbat night!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!
