The company Janet Bruttell INC is just average in my opinion. I have had both positive and negative experiences with their products and services. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service is average as well, sometimes they are helpful, but other times they can be slow to respond. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
