We have been working with Hilliard for almost a full year now. Response times when calling in service are great. Our sales person has been very helpful and responsive. However the copier/scanner/printer we are leasing from them is not functioning as advertised. We have been trying to get a resolution on this issue since day one of the machine being installed. Our scans that go through this machine come out skewed. At first we thought it was an issue with the document feeder, but after replacing it and working on it that does not seem to be the issue. It seems to be with the scanner. Still trying to get this issue fixed and losing hope in the company to make this right.
