Hate it there. Nurse was mean and rude and didn't even give me ice I asked for 5 or 6 times for my horribly injured brow bone from a slip/fall. I will never go there unless I can't speak for myself in which case I'd rather die then to ever go there again! Careless and incompetent! Made everything so much worse! I know if I would have gotten the care I needed I wouldn't still have a lump over my brow bone after 2 weeks! I bet I have a fractured brow bone so I will get new x rays. My eye was swollen shut! Hate JFK!!!! HATE! ZERO stars!
