This organization has the worst customer service o...

This organization has the worst customer service of any medical billing company I've worked with. They billed me for a service rendered over 4 months after the fact after I had left my former employer and didn't have the means to pay the bill. Apparently the delay in billing was a "system error" and in no way their fault or responsibility. Seeing now how they run their company and treat their customers I will avoid working with them in the future.
