They have forgotten we are people and don't care for their patients anymore they way they should and don't follow through ! Example on two separate occasions I was given heavy medication and asked to wait in the waiting room for hours uncomfortable and in pain so when they called my name they couldn't find me or put a face to the name and skipped over me because I was dazzed and un able to care for myself . Then I couldn't get ahold of someone to pick me at 4. Am mind u they gave me medication 20 mins before and discharged me after they told me I couldn't get a taxi voucher I had to 20 min walk home medicated and at 4 am when your suffering and looking for help they are not the hospital to call ! It's sad this is the closest hospital to me !
