Christmas brunch at The Jefferson is a Richmond tradition for good reason. Yes, it's pricy, but the food and service can make any worker bee a king or queen for a day. Don't pass up the lox (smoked salmon) or fail to get a custom omelette cooked to your order on a skillet while you wait. I recommend climbing the stairs to see The Jefferson's lovely holiday displays and trimmings. Then, walk home as I did, or Stairmaster yourself silly so you'll be tres chic and sleek for New Year's Eve.
