I had an overall average experience with The Workshop. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I felt that their customer service could have been better. Their response time was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The quality of their products was good, but not exceptional. I would consider trying other companies before using The Workshop again.
