I've had mixed experiences with Kerntec Industries...

I've had mixed experiences with Kerntec Industries, Inc.. While their products are of good quality, their customer service seems to be lacking. On one occasion, I had an issue with a defective product and their support team was slow to respond and resolve the issue. However, on another occasion, they were quick to handle a different matter. It's hard to determine the consistency of their service, but the products themselves are decent.
