The experience I had with United Brokerage Services International was decent. The customer service was satisfactory, and they were able to address my concerns in a timely manner. However, I found their website interface to be somewhat outdated and not very user-friendly. It took me a while to find the information I needed. Regarding investment options, they offer a decent variety, but I would have liked to see more diverse choices. The rates were reasonable, but not exceptional. In conclusion, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
