I ve been at this company for a little over a week...

I ve been at this company for a little over a week and I just have to say, This company is HORRIBLE, just horrible. I wasn t given proper training for my Final assembly job, they ll just throw you on a job, give you a brief explanation on how to do it without actually showing you how it s supposed to be done and expect you to know how to meet their standards. I Also Had one supervisor (Lindsay ) who would tell me to do things a certain way and then as soon as I was about to finish a job another supervisor ( tanner) would come and tell me I wasn t doing it right and had to redo it. On top of all that I had a coworker( niko)come up to me yesterday to inform me that Lindsay had been throwing insults like, he s slow behind my back. Well Of course I m going to be slower if I m not receiving proper training for the job, they fired me yesterday and told my temp that I wasnt Catching on fast enough , maybe I d catch on faster if your management didn t suck so badly at teaching. I wouldn t recommend using this companys services or working for them because they treat their staff like trash.
