Took too many calls for them to even come out to mow the first time, then they didn't mow for the month we were on vacation so we came back to a lawn with 8" grass. We also requested fall cleanup which they never did and it took a call the day before the first snow storm to find out they weren't going to come out. They claimed that they didn't have enough time to get to all the yards this season, but a courtesy call would have been appreciated so we would have time to make alternate plans with a different, more reliable, company. There was one day of rain in November so certainly no shortage of quality time for them to get to all of their willing-to-pay customers. It's very off to find a company that doesn't want their customers money.
